The Parker Group Supports Aegis BMD Tests

The Parker Group, Inc. provides engineering and technical services support for Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (Aegis BMD) flight tests. We provide the Aegis BMD Program with Pre-Test, Test, and Post-Test support in the following areas:
- Computer Systems Engineering
- Network Systems Engineering
- Operational Requirements Analysis and Development
- Situational Awareness (SA) for Remote Viewing Facilities
- RDT&E Integration and Implementation with Test Ranges and Labs
- High-speed Data Transfer to Support Mission analysis
The Parker Group, Inc. engineered, designed, implemented, and operates a Situational Awareness (SA) system for Aegis BMD called the MDA Digital Distribution Display System (MD3S). Utilizing IPVS hardware and software, MD3S allows remote sites to securely monitor and view flight test events in real time by distributing high resolution video and audio across IP networks. MD3S also synchronously records and stores each high resolution video and audio source for post-test analysis and playback.
